Job summary

Adventist Health Ukiah Valley is seeking a Travel Pharmacist to verify and fill medication orders, monitor therapies, and provide drug information within a structured day shift. Qualifications

• One year of technical experience preferred; inpatient clinical pharmacy experience preferred.
• Pharmacist license in the state of practice required.
• Graduate of a school of pharmacy required.
• Certifications: ACLS or equivalent required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent required.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
