Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an Inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment in California, Day 4x10-hour shifts. Shifts run 7:00–17:00, 8:00–18:00, 9:00–19:00 or 12:00–22:00; no overnights. Every third weekend is required.

You will work with adult and geriatric patients in inpatient and ambulatory settings, with rotation through retail as needed. Requires CA license, 2 years acute care client pharmacy experience, Epic charting, and strong sterile technique.

Qualifications

• Epic charting experience required.
• 2 years of acute care client pharmacy experience.
• CA pharmacist license required; RPh/PharmD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient pharmacy services for adult and geriatric patients.
• Rotate through retail and inpatient settings as needed.
• Prepare and dispense medications with emphasis on accuracy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team in a hospital unit.

Description:Inpatient Pharmacist position available for 4x10 day shifts.Shifts will range from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.No overnight shifts are required.Every third weekend is required.Candidates should possess experience with ambulatory care and outpatient clinic, anticoagulation therapy, compounding, high-alert medications, inpatient/acute care, pharmacokinetic dosing, renal dosing, retail pharmacy, and sterile technique.Experience with carousel systems and Pyxis is preferred.Candidates will work with adult and geriatric patient populations.Daily census and specific patient diagnoses will vary.Interdisciplinary support will be available in the unit.
