Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff in Ogden, UT seeks a licensed Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment. The role supports 24/7 operations, collaborating with a pharmacy technician across a 10-hour shift (13:00–23:30) on a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation. You will use Meditech, DoseEdge, RXMS and BD Pyxis, and provide clinical consults for warfarin, vancomycin, TPN and insulin management. Active license and 2+ years' experience required; BLS/ALS preferred.
