Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking a Pharmacy Pharmacist (Director of Pharmacy) for a 13-week management assignment in Oregon. Shift is Days, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with a minimum of 2 years of pharmacist experience and a current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure.

Responsibilities include leading the Pharmacy department, planning and evaluating departmental activities, and providing medication information to the medical team while educating patients.

Qualifications

• Licensure to practice as a pharmacist in Oregon is required.
• ASHP-accredited PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration & Leadership Residency is required.
• One year of leadership experience plus one year of pharmacist experience is acceptable.
