Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensure to practice as a pharmacist in Oregon is required.
• ASHP-accredited PGY2 Health System Pharmacy Administration & Leadership Residency is required.
• One year of leadership experience plus one year of pharmacist experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and evaluate functions within Pharmacy Department.
• Prepare and dispense medications and assess patient clinical status.
• Provide drug information to the medical team and educate patients.
