Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Pharmacy (PBM) Product Analyst to oversee the entire product lifecycle from requirements through go-live. You will partner with Implementation, Operations, Clinical, Account Management, Customer Service, and Technical teams to drive value across projects.

This role emphasizes relationship building, end-to-end implementation, product configuration, and readiness demos. You will collaborate with design, architecture, testing, and engineering to address business

Qualifications

  • 10+ years PBM Pharmacy experience including Pharmacy Implementation experience.
  • Deep understanding of Pharmacy or PBM ecosystems is highly preferred and critical for success in this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement products from intake and strategy through delivery, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile environments while partnering with Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams.
  • Strong skill in converting complex business requirements into technical solutions, supported by data analysis, prioritization, and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across product lines or business units, ensuring effective communication and fostering open dialogue with customers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, from idea intake to delivery of new products, capabilities, integrations, or other offerings.
  • Create, maintain, and oversee the product base configuration for claims processing system.
  • Develop and provide oversight in the “demo” environment to ensure operations readiness.
  • Provide oversight to multiple implementations; ensure continuity between projects.
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experiences to develop customer relationships.
  • Lead and participate in business and industry workgroups, contributing input into implementations, roadmaps and strategy.
  • Prioritize work to deliver the most impactful outcomes for business owners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with design, architecture, testing, and engineering teams to ensure solutions address business problems identified in strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Work with implementation stakeholder and provide approval of environment readiness for each release into implementation environments.
  • Work with business stakeholders to ensure proper requirement documentation, including those needed for system acceptance and adoptability.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to support key business units and customers in available product offerings.
  • Foster a collaborative environment for sharing knowledge, innovation, and learning across the organization.
  • Work with internal departments and/or customers to evaluate and improve the configuration and supportability of products.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on assigned products

Summary

The Pharmacy (PBM) , Product Analyst oversees the entire lifecycle of their products during project implementations, from requirements through project go live. They act as a trusted partner to various business units, including Implementation practice, Operations, Clinical, Account/Client Management, Customer Service, and Technical teams. This role drives initiatives from inception to execution, prioritizing key activities that significantly impact bottom-line performance. Notably, this position does not have any direct reports.

What we're looking for

The pay range for this position is $101,400.00 - $144,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
