Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold PTCB or ExCPT certification where required.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• OK to obtain immunization certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities to ensure efficient workflow and a positive patient experience.
• Handle prescription data entry and assist pharmacist in delivering patient care under supervision.
• Lead training, coaching and performance management of pharmacy technicians; manage scheduling and staffing decisions.
