Job summary

BlinkRx is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Associate to join our on-site Robinson Township program. You will rotate through core operations, gaining hands-on experience in data entry, prescription processing, and patient communications while being mentored by experienced team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask in browsers and data entry.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Enter and validate pharmacy-related data with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data entry issues and support prescription fulfillment.
• Engage with patients, providers, and insurers via phone and messaging to complete prescription processing steps.
• Learn and utilize BlinkRx’s proprietary tools and technologies.
• Maintain patient privacy and adhere to security protocols.
• Complete learning modules, performance evaluations, and project milestones.
