Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD is required or equivalent.
• Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district.
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
• At least 1 year pharmacy experience including prescription dispensing and compliance with regulations.
• Leadership ratings and performance history per internal reviews.

Responsibilities

• Counsels patients on medication usage, side effects, interactions and generics.
• Performs dispensing, compounding, drug therapy reviews, and verification.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and efficient pharmacy workflow.
• Oversees staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Engages with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
• Conducts immunizations, diagnostic testing, and wellness services.
