Job summary

AdventHealth Manchester in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Pharmacist leader to manage pharmacy operations, staffing, and budget adherence across assigned areas. You will partner with campus leaders and clinical staff to deliver patient-centered care and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

This role emphasizes precepting residents and students, optimizing medication use, and maintaining contemporary hospital practice.

Qualifications

Doctorate in Pharmacy is required.
Master's degree preferred.
Licensed Pharmacist (RPH) required.

Responsibilities

Supervises staffing, hiring, evaluations, and coaching for pharmacy staff.
Coordinates schedules to meet productivity targets and campus objectives.
Ensures compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements as Consultant of Record.
Manages medication distribution, utilization, inventory, and staff productivity.
Prepares budgets and monitors financial resources; collaborates with providers.
