The Pharmacy Manager will supervise, direct, and coordinate the distributive and scheduling functions for CMC Pharmacy staff. Collaborate with other departments to oversee pharmaceutical services. The manager may also perform Clinical Staff Pharmacist duties and must meet all requirements of a basic Pharmacist position. Pharmacists across the Carilion Health System provide Pharmaceutical Care, which involves the direct, responsible provision of medication-related care to achieve outcomes that improve patients' quality of life.

Responsibilities include Pharmacy Operations Manager and PIC duties for Carilion Roanoke Community Hospital (CRCH). The role involves working closely with the Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital (CRMH) Pharmacy Admin team. The position will have direct reports, potentially including staff working at both CRMH and CRCH due to staffing needs.
