Responsibilities

1. Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative activities, ensuring efficient workflow and positive patient experience. Serve as a full-time certified pharmacy technician.
2. Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision. Supervise pharmacy technicians and cashiers within legal and company guidelines.
3. Lead recruitment, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians. Make decisions regarding disciplinary actions and terminations.
4. Enhance customer experience through engagement, resolving complaints, and building relationships. Focus on healthcare services to improve service quality.
5. Assist pharmacists with patient care activities, including registration, prescription entry, medication preparation, and health services like vaccinations and screenings, under supervision.
6. Manage pharmacy operations, including scheduling, inventory, compliance, and equipment maintenance. Ensure adherence to Good Faith Dispensing and security protocols.
7. Lead performance management, including hiring, onboarding, training, and monitoring licensure and certifications of team members.
8. Maintain professional certifications, pursue ongoing education, and seek personal development opportunities.
9. Communicate effectively with the team and participate in meetings. Maintain a high school diploma or GED, and relevant pharmacy technician certifications.
10. Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, with previous leadership experience preferred.
