An OP Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of a pharmacy. They manage and optimize processes, ensure efficient resource allocation, monitor performance, and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability. The OP Manager also supervises staff, resolves issues, and collaborates with other departments to achieve organizational goals. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: 5-8 years
Board Licensed and/or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) consistent with state requirements.
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 30lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
