Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years preferred in merchandising, store management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual store operating budget and operate within guidelines.
• Hire, develop, evaluate staff and administer disciplinary actions.
• Ensure staff training and proper duties assignment; schedule to meet payroll targets.
• Meet or exceed budgeted sales and optimize inventory turnover to stock customer needs.
• Enforce SOPs, merchandising guidelines and loss prevention policies; maintain safety standards.
