Price Chopper seeks a Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, and manage financial and personnel functions to optimize performance.

The role includes supervising staff, counseling patients and providers, delivering immunization and MTM services, training associates, and maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory standards across the department.

Qualifications

• Licensed and registered Pharmacist in good standing.
• Immunization Certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and must be 21+.
• Must submit to DL Monitoring.
• 5-year Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy.
• Proficiency with pharmacy computer systems and automated dispensing systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively: verbal, written and electronic.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the pharmacy department to achieve service levels and financial goals.
• Manage pharmacy staff performance and training.
• Counsel patients and providers on drugs, interactions and safety.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, board of pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Participate in immunization, MTM and wellness programs.
• Maintain inventory, budget, payroll and third‑party administration.
• Maintain quality improvement programs and patient safety.
