Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• PTCB certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day non-clinical pharmacy operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Support pharmacist in patient registration, prescription data entry, and medication preparation under supervision.
• Assist with healthcare services, vaccines, and health screenings where allowed by law.
• Delegate non-clinical work within company policies and manage workflow deadlines.
• Prepare and file reports for company and government agencies as required.
• Ensure accurate insurance processing and resolve related customer issues.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and secure pharmacy areas per policy.
