Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in patient care, including prescription data entry and preparation of medications.
• Process prescriptions under pharmacist supervision and ensure accurate dispensing.
• Lead training, coaching and performance management of pharmacy technicians.
• Manage pharmacy daily workflow to ensure efficient operations and positive patient experience.
• Coordinate inventory and recordkeeping in compliance with laws and company policies.
• Support community outreach and vaccine/health service initiatives as applicable.
