Job summary

Palmetto Infusion is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to oversee daily pharmacy operations, supervise pharmacists and technicians, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

The role focuses on providing safe medication care, counseling patients, reviewing prescriptions, and coordinating with the logistics team for proper handling of drug products. Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy required and active pharmacist license.
• 2 years of pharmacist experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily pharmacy operations and workflow coordination.
• Triages daily issues with referral sources and internal customers.
• Lead achievement of department goals each quarter and year.
• Provide pharmaceutical care in counseling, review of prescriptions, and dispensing.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure proper storage and handling of drugs.
