Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a pharmacist to process and accurately dispense prescription orders, administer immunizations, and deliver comprehensive patient care in alignment with Board of Pharmacy statutes and Walmart programs.

The role emphasizes sales-driven pharmacy operations, inventory and budgeting alignment with company standards, and mentoring associates to uphold customer service excellence while maintaining confidentiality and compliance across standard procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, NABP FPGEC.
• Pharmacy license required by start date.
• Immunization training as per ACPE programs.

Responsibilities

• Dispsensing and processing prescription orders accurately.
• Administer immunizations and other Walmart health programs.
• Provide comprehensive patient care and guidance to customers.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).

Pharmacy license (by job entry date).

Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
