Qualifications

B.S. or PharmD from ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy.
5+ years hospital pharmacy experience including leadership roles.
Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy department and provide pharmaceutical care as needed.
Manage inventory, staff oversight, policy/procedure development, and education.
Mentor and oversee clinical pharmacists and staff; support Pharmacy Director when unavailable.
