Qualifications

• Accredited Doctor of Pharmacy program completed.
• Pharmacist license required in Florida (FL).
• Experience leading a pharmacy team and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow and optimize operational systems and staffing.
• Oversee automation resources and medication management systems.
• Assist Director of Pharmacy in management of services.
• Plan staffing, hiring, orientation, evaluation and coaching.
• Oversee staffing resources and inventory to meet budgeting goals.
• Lead implementation of operational and clinical pharmacy services.
