Qualifications

• 5 years of practice experience in acute care pharmacy.
• Experience with USP 797, 795, and 800.
• Registered Pharmacist in West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of daily pharmacy operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Develop and implement compliance programs for USP 797.
