Fred Meyer is seeking a pharmacy leader to oversee all aspects of the pharmacy practice, ensuring compliance with state, federal laws and company policies. The role focuses on financial performance, staffing development, patient care, and optimal prescription pricing and inventory control.

With a background in Pharm.D. or Pharmacy degree, you’ll lead a team, train staff, and implement clinical services while upholding our core values.

Qualifications

• Academic and professional credentials required: Pharm.D. or PharmD equivalent.
• Proven leadership and customer service orientation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of pharmacy operations, budget, and staffing.
