Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answering telephones and assisting customers.
• Data entry, dispensing, and adjudication workflow understanding.
• Inventory management: ordering, receiving, and cycle counts.
• Regulatory compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Assist in training and supervising staff under pharmacist supervision.
• Ensure prescriptions are checked by a pharmacist before dispensing.
• Assist with third-party claims submission and review.
• Maintain accurate records and support pharmacy workflow from reception to pickup.
