Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company, through Express Scripts, is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Lead Representative in St. Louis, MO to oversee workload distribution and monitor workflow to ensure timely, accurate processing in a busy dispensing environment.

You will support supervisors, train staff, help update policies, cross-train team members for production coverage, and participate in automation training, while maintaining a focus on quality and daily on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Missouri State Pharmacy Technician license is required to obtain.
• 3+ years relevant experience in a pharmacy dispensing setting preferred.
• 1+ year leadership or team development experience preferred.
• Strong PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email.

Responsibilities

• Distribute workload and monitor workflow for assigned area.
• Serve as first-line resource for team questions/issues with supervisor coordination.
• Manage productivity issues, propose solutions, and escalate as needed.
• Assist in developing and updating policies and procedures for Coordinators.
