Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy with 3+ years of recent pharmacy experience.
• Pharmacist license in Washington state.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the pharmacy team and authorize prescriptions for safety and accuracy.
• Oversee workflow from prescription authorization to dispensing and consult with physicians and nurses on drug therapy.
• Educate other health professionals and provide training on medications and pharmacy systems.
• Develop and monitor pharmacy operations, formulary management, and budget planning.
• Maintain controlled substance records, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in audits and reviews.
• Communicate with healthcare providers to ensure safe, effective, and cost-conscious patient care.
