Qualifications

  • BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Pharmacist license.
  • Minimum 3 years of pharmacist experience, including at least 1 year in a pharmacy leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of CMS, DOH, AAAHC, and other pharmacy regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead pharmacy staff and oversee daily operations.
  • Manage medication safety and inventory programs.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and staff education.
  • Oversee controlled substances management and data analysis for process improvements.
