Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business/finance/healthcare admin with 5+ years in healthcare operations, pharmacy analytics, or financial management
• OR MBA/MHA with 2+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee business, financial, and strategic growth functions of the Pharmacy Department across SMHCS (acute care, ambulatory, infusion, long-term care and retail)
• Assist in medication-related supply chain and financial management, including purchasing, inventory, vendor relations, GPOs, standardization, and budget preparation
• Collaborate with Finance and other ancillary departments as primary contact within pharmacy for financial information systems and reporting

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or healthcare administration

Master's degree in business or healthcare administration
