We value problem solving, integrity, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting with flexible hours. Starting pay ranges from $19 to $21 per hour, with full-time benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience preferred/required.
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal direction.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in filling medication orders.
• Prioritize work to ensure prescriptions are filled per delivery schedule.
• Pull labels at regular intervals to keep workflow moving.
• Sort and scan all orders to the correct tote.
• Monitor the delivery dashboard to ensure all prescriptions due on the next run have been scanned and all steps completed.
• Perform checks on each tote to ensure manifest accuracy.
• Return medications to shelf as needed.
• Assist in quarterly physical inventory.
• Communicate issues with Director, Pharmacy Operations.
• Serve as back-up fill tech or cycle stager as needed.
• Prepare controlled medications for delivery as directed.
• Maintain clean and organized scanning area.
