Qualifications

• PGY1/PGY2 residency or equivalent experience.
• Six years of pharmacist experience in a hospital or similar setting.
• Texas pharmacist license eligibility within 90 days; BLS within 90 days; PPC Pharmacist Preceptor cert within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise major pharmacy service areas and quality initiatives.
• Provide operational and clinical support including drug information, supervision, and staff development.
• Liaise with medical staff and other departments to achieve patient safety and cost-effective care.
