PHARMACY/NATIONAL CERTIFIED TECH (Finance)

Provide technical assistance to the Pharmacist in all areas that a non-pharmacist can legally perform. Provide prompt, courteous customer service. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Willing to work weekends and holidays.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills.
  • Ability to read shelf tags, signs, labels, and training materials.
  • Ability to interact with doctors' offices.
  • Proficiency with Pharmacy computer system and equipment.
  • Ability to perform Pharmacy clerk and checker duties.
  • Confidentiality regarding customer records.
  • Pharmacy Technician Certification or passing the certification exam.
  • Knowledge of pharmacy terms, abbreviations, drugs, dosage forms, and generic names.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience as a pharmacy technician or similar role.
  • Dependability and integrity in work history.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a current Nationally Certified Technician's license.
  • Perform pharmacy clerk duties.
