LeeSar/CSF in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a part-time Warehouse Associate to receive, store, and deliver medical products in a clean, organized warehouse environment. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks and use barcode scanning to ensure accuracy and inventory integrity.

The role offers 20 hours per week with shifts from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, safety protocols, and teamwork. On-site benefits include health services, annual bonuses, holidays, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or equivalent; basic math and reading comprehension.
• Must read, write, and understand English.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance).
• Ability to push/pull over 500 lbs with carts or pallet jacks.

The Role

In this essential role, you'll be responsible for accurately receiving, storing, picking, and delivering medical products and supplies to our healthcare partners. You'll work in a clean, organized warehouse setting, using material handling equipment and technology to ensure accuracy, speed, and safety.

The Hours:

Monday -Friday- Four-hour shifts between the hours of 6:00AM to 3:00PM for a total of 20 hours a Week.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, and pick medical products with accuracy and efficiency
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and professionally
• Maintain inventory integrity using barcode scanning systems
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies
• Deliver supplies to appropriate locations within the warehouse or loading zones
• Follow safety protocols and assist with maintaining a clean, organized work area
• Support team members in daily warehouse operations and special projects

    What You'll Bring

    Required:

    • HS Diploma or equivalent. Verifiable work experience which confirms the ability to read, write, and understand English and to perform basic math functions may be substituted.
    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required to operate a box truck.
    • Ability to pass a DOT physical to ensure the work can be done safely.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 100 lbs. with use of assistive devices.
    • Ability to push/pull over 500 lbs. with assistance from carts/manual pallet jacks.

    Preferred

    • Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics preferred.
    • Experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
    • Dependable and able to work independently.
    • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
    • Forklift, motorized pallet jack experience preferred with in-house training and certification required upon hire.
