Job summary

Three Bears Alaska Inc. is seeking a licensed Pharmacy Manager to lead the Kenai store's pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and patient-focused pharmaceutical services.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory and budgets, drive clinical services and prescription growth, and coordinate with store leadership. Travel between Palmer, Wasilla, and Kenai may be required to support multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited school.
• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in Alaska.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all pharmacy operations in a retail setting as Pharmacy Manager.
• Serve as Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) and fulfill regulatory responsibilities.
• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule pharmacists, technicians, and interns.
• Maintain inventory, ensure HIPAA compliance, and monitor KPIs.
