Job summary

The ideal candidate will have an Alaska pharmacy license, retail management experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Some travel between Palmer, Wasilla, and Kenai locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited school.
• Active and unrestricted pharmacist license in Alaska.
• Retail pharmacy management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations in a retail setting.
• Serve as Pharmacist-In-Charge (PIC) and fulfill regulatory responsibilities.
• Manage staff, inventory, and budgets to support business goals.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and deliver high-quality patient care.
