Qualifications

At Bravo Pharmacy, a prescription is part of an ongoing relationship. Our patients have complex medication needs, and dependable care requires coordination between our team, patients, caregivers, prescribers, and facilities.

We’re an independent, closed‑door pharmacy providing medication coordination, compliance packaging, and delivery. We also serve facilities and healthcare providers with long‑acting injectable medications.

We’re seeking a clinically focused Pharmacist‑in‑Charge to lead daily pharmacy operations and manage a team of pharmacy technicians. You’ll combine hands‑on patient care with team development and help implement new technology and workflows as our innovative, independent pharmacy grows.

Schedule

Currently Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–6 p.m., with occasional after‑hours availability for rare, urgent patient needs. As Bravo expands, the schedule may include a weekend day.

Compensation and benefits

• Target total annual compensation: $140,000–$170,000, including base salary and a performance‑based bonus. Actual total compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and achievement of performance goals.
