Bravo Pharmacy in Watertown, MA is hiring a Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead daily operations, supervise technicians, and provide clinical care while embracing new technology and workflows. This in‑person, full‑time role emphasizes patient-centered care within an independently operated pharmacy.

You will oversee dispensing, regulatory compliance, scheduling, and collaboration with prescribers and facilities, ensuring high-quality service and growth as the pharmacy expands.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Massachusetts pharmacist license.
• Several years of pharmacist experience in a fast-paced pharmacy setting.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers and pharmacy software, with a willingness to adopt new technology.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to patient care.
• Previous pharmacy management or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with long‑term care, compliance packaging, or long‑acting injectable services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge, leading daily pharmacy operations while remaining actively involved in dispensing, clinical care, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise, train, and develop pharmacy technicians through clear expectations, coaching, and consistent follow-through.
• Improve workflows to reduce errors, increase efficiency, and keep medication deliveries on time.
• Coordinate care with patients, caregivers, prescribers, and facilities.
• Oversee inventory, documentation, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Help evaluate and implement technology and processes that support the pharmacy’s growth.
