Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Yakima, WA is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead patient care and day-to-day pharmacy operations in a fast-paced, community-focused environment. You will supervise the pharmacy team, deliver vaccine services, manage performance metrics, and collaborate with management on initiatives to improve profitability and service levels while maintaining compliance.

This role requires a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, active license, and immunizer certification, with supervisory

As a Pharmacy Manager for our company, you will be part of a team that is committed to providing direct patient care and wellness services. You will play a valuable role in disease state management, optimizing medication therapy, delivering outstanding patient-centered care and assisting in managing acute and chronic conditions.

Main Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and acts as pharmacist in charge.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The Following

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
• Certified Immunizer Required
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
• Ability to work a variety of schedules
