Albertsons Companies in Thousand Oaks, CA is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead the pharmacy team, oversee patient care, and drive financial performance.

Under the Division Pharmacy Manager, you will deliver pharmacist-in-charge duties, supervise staff, ensure safety and compliance, and partner with management on profitability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer Required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively delivers patient care services.
• Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance.
• Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team.
• Partners with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability.

Main Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and acts as pharmacist in charge.
