Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Washington state seeks a Pharmacy Manager to lead patient care delivery and operations within a dynamic retail pharmacy setting.

You will supervise staff, optimize medication therapy, and maintain compliance while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D or NABP/FPGEC (FPGEC) required/considered.
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• 1 year supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

• Actively delivers patient care services.
• Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance.
• Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team.
• Partners with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability.

• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
• Ability to work a variety of schedules
