Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead direct patient care, optimize medication therapy and supervise the pharmacy team. You will deliver patient care services and help drive performance and profitability.

You will oversee disease state management, ensure safety and compliance, and work with management on initiatives to improve profitability and patient outcomes. This role emphasizes community health and leadership.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and acts as pharmacist in charge.
• Actively delivers patient care services
• Upholds operational standards including performance metrics, safety and compliance
• Recruits, trains and supervises pharmacy team
• Partners with management in developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability
