Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Caldwell, Idaho is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team and deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee the financial performance of the pharmacy, ensure safety and compliance, recruit and train staff, and partner with management to improve profitability while maintaining high service standards.

This role includes a sign-on incentive and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D (or equivalent NABP/FPGEC) is required.
• Active pharmacy license in good standing in the practice state.
• Certified Immunizer is required.
• One year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.

Main Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Division Pharmacy Manager, the Pharmacy Manager is responsible for the financial performance of the pharmacy and acts as pharmacist in charge.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The Following

• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing
• Certified Immunizer Required
