Job summary

Cub Foods is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for our Northside location in Minneapolis, MN. This role oversees pharmacy operations, ensures accurate dispensing, and provides consultation in compliance with federal and state regulations.

The position requires supervising pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, grads and clerks, with focus on customer service, regulatory adherence, and program participation. Strong leadership and clinical collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have a college degree in Pharmacy (BS or PharmD) and hold a valid state license.
• Meets all requirements of and maintains status as a Certified Immunizer
• Must complete continuing education hours as required by state, federal and company training programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care standards and customer service with promptness and friendliness.
• Supervises pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, grad interns and clerks in compliance with laws and policies.
• Performs prescription dispensing and final audit in accordance with regulations.
• Maintains federal and state recordkeeping for controlled substances and participates in audits.
• Communicates with physicians, customers and staff, ensuring timely implementation of policies.
