Kroger Co. Pharmacy in El Dorado, KS is hiring a pharmacist to fulfill prescription needs with accuracy, administer vaccines, and provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care.

You will ensure compliance with HIPAA and local laws, maintain a professional image, and support a clean, organized pharmacy environment. We seek a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, ability to handle stressful situations, and at least 1 year of retail experience, plus a second language.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• 1 year of retail experience.
• Second language proficiency (speaking, reading and/or writing).

Responsabilidades

• Fulfill customers' prescription needs with accuracy.
• Administer vaccines as needed.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care to customers.
• Ensure pharmacies comply with all local, state and federal laws (including HIPAA).
• Maintain a professional image and ensure a clean, organized pharmacy environment.
• Achieve knowledge of the trade area and competition.
• Monitor stock replenishment, inventory levels, and budgeting per policy.
• Maintain records and security for scheduled drugs (controlled substances).
• Follow procedures for handling pharmacy products from authorized sources.
