Job summary

Qualified candidates hold an active pharmacy license in the state, Immunization certification, and be listed as pharmacist-in-charge on the state license.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy License in the state where employed.
• Immunization certification through an accredited organization.
• Listed as the pharmacist in charge on the state license.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
• Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment.
