Job summary

Walmart is searching for a Pharmacy Manager to lead the Forrest City, AR pharmacy team, overseeing dispensing, immunizations, staff management, and compliance to drive patient care and community health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD and licensure by job entry date.
• ACPE accredited immunization training program required.
• FPGEC (NABP) certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process and dispense prescription orders and immunizations.
• Oversee staff scheduling, inventory, pricing and signing.
• Model and enforce customer service standards per company guidelines.
• Lead community outreach programs and engage associates in community service.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety/quality reviews.
