Responsibilities

• Manage merchandising, pricing, signing, and inventory levels.
• Model and guide customer service approaches to resolve needs per company guidelines.
• Oversee community outreach programs and encourage associates to engage with the community.
• Ensure compliance with policies, analyze reports, and oversee safety and quality reviews.
