Job summary

Meijer is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for our Danville, IL store. You will lead day-to-day pharmacy operations, hire and train staff, fill prescriptions accurately, and ensure compliance with all policies while driving patient care and service quality.

The role requires an IL-licensed Pharmacist, CPR and Immunization certifications, and retail pharmacy experience with a preference for prior management. Relocation support is available and an incentive plan applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
• Registered Pharmacist in the state of practice.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
• CPR Certification.
• 3 years of experience in retail/community practice.
• One year management experience (preferred).
• Working knowledge of pharmacy system and policies.

Responsibilities

• Staffing selection and hiring.
• Fills prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Educates and mentors pharmacy staff.
• Implement and manage pharmacy programs and profitability.
• Oversee clinical services such as immunizations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
