Responsibilities

• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Ensure accurate prescription labeling and patient safety.
• Coach and lead pharmacy team, including onboarding new staff.
• Maintain compliant pharmacy operations with state regulations.
• Manage pharmacy schedule and staffing.
• Deliver patient-centered care and immunizations where permissible.
• Oversee inventory and cold chain management.
• Provide training for Pharmacists and Technicians.
