Qualifications

• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Lead the pharmacy team with coaching to ensure safe and accurate dispensing.
• Oversee immunization delivery and patient counseling to support quality care.
• Ensure compliance with state boards, CVS policies, and workflow procedures.
• Assist with onboarding and training of Technicians and Pharmacists.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, including cold-chain protections.
