Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Coach and lead the pharmacy team to ensure patient safety and service quality.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following proper workflow procedures.
• Oversee immunization services and counseling to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Assist in onboarding technicians and pharmacists and in scheduling.
